    With his latest concert recording, Nenad Vasilic returns to the Austrian ORF studio, where he already recorded his first live album in 2014. Over time, however, the bassist's program has changed. Nenad Vasilic Trio LIVE is a creation with his longtime partner Marko Zivadinovic. In impressive melodies, the compositions have transformed from initial folk songs in traditional Balkan style to independent works that have what it takes to become future standards. The trio is completed by saxophonist Romed Hopfgartner. In addition to the five pieces from the Vienna ORF studios, the remaining recordings come from the bassist's home, the National Theater in Niš. Here the Ukrainian Andrej Prozorov takes over the part on the saxophone. Eight different shades reveal the musical beauty of the live album: from melancholic, dynamic, lyrical, flowing, percussive, frenetic, romantic to picturesque.
